Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment:

At Kantha Queen, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return Period:

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  • It must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Process for Returns/Exchanges:
  1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@kanthaqueen.com. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization and Instructions:

    • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Packaging:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
  4. Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Inspection and Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
  • If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions:
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
